某A公司，背靠伊朗關(guān)系（伊朗各利益集團(tuán)參與），擬與伊朗NIOC進(jìn)行“貸款換石油”業(yè)務(wù)（總額為50億歐元，可視A公司聯(lián)合方資源情況分拆?。绞?/span>：

1、貸款合作：某財(cái)團(tuán)與A公司形成聯(lián)合體，提供給NIOC貸款，NIOC按月提供石油（或烴類產(chǎn)品）償還貸款；整個(gè)交易伊朗可提供最高等級的“主權(quán)擔(dān)保”，保證交易安全。
2、貿(mào)易合作：某原油（或烴類）貿(mào)易商與A公司行成聯(lián)合體，直接按正常貿(mào)易方式與NIOC進(jìn)行石油貿(mào)易交易。
